Bridal / Special Occasion Policy
All brides and bridal parties must provide 50% deposit at least 2 weeks prior to service. This deposit is non-refundable if appointment is cancelled 48 hours before scheduled appointment.

Gift Certificates
Our gift certificates can be purchased in person at the salon. We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal check, or cash. We will include our service menu with the gift certificate.

Retail Product Guarantee
We guarantee any of our professional services when professional products are used for at home maintenance.

Cancellation Policy
We would appreciate 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment.

Referral Program
We appreciate your business and your kind referral of friends and family. Please ask about our referral program.

Satisfaction guaranteed
Please notify salon within 1 week of your appointment if you are at all dissatisfied. This is to ensure prompt and professional handling of any issue.

The use of cell phones is strictly limited to provide a relaxing atmosphere for all of our guests and to ensure you receive the most thorough, complete consultation and service.

Our salon does accommodate children, however, it is the parent's responsibility to watch their children and make sure they are not interfering with our guest's time and services. We appreciate your cooperation.
